About Circuit Safe

A small, two-person practice — built to be easy to deal with

Circuit Safe was set up by two City & Guilds 2377 qualified engineers, one based in Bath and one in Warwick, to bring straightforward, well-documented PAT testing to local businesses — without the call-centre layer that bigger providers add.

Why we started this

We built Circuit Safe because PAT testing shouldn't be complicated to book or hard to get a straight answer from. Both of us trained and hold the City & Guilds 2377 qualification for in-service inspection and testing of electrical equipment, and we run every visit ourselves — no subcontracted engineers, no unfamiliar faces turning up on the day.

Because it's just the two of us, you're always dealing with someone who actually did the testing, not a middle layer relaying messages between you and an engineer.

How we work

We keep the process deliberately simple: a quick call or form to understand your site, a visit booked around your hours, and a certificate in your inbox within a day. No long contracts, no bundled extras you didn't ask for.

See a full walkthrough of what a visit looks like on our Our Approach page, or the standards we test to on Standards & Guarantee.
