When you contact us through the booking form, by phone or by email, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, company or property name, email address, phone number, and details about the site or equipment you'd like tested.
We don't sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.
We keep testing records and certificates for [X years] to support any future queries about work carried out. Enquiry details for jobs that don't go ahead are kept for a shorter period before being deleted.
